Question 1

Does booking online confirm my appointment?

Accepted Answer

No. It sends us a request with your preferred day and arrival window, which needs to be at least four days out. It does not reserve that time — we contact you to confirm the day, the window and the scope, and the appointment is set once we do. If the slot you picked is not available we will offer you the closest one that is.

Question 2

Will I get the same cleaner every visit?

Accepted Answer

We maintain the same scope and service standard each visit and use the same cleaner when scheduling allows. Illness and holidays happen, so we will not promise the same person every time — but the standard does not change with the crew.

Question 3

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Kitchens and bathrooms, dusting accessible surfaces, wiping exterior surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and sweeping and mopping hard floors. Deep and move-in/move-out cleanings add detail work like baseboards, doors and trim, fixtures, and cabinet interiors. The full scope for each service is listed above.

Question 4

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No. Plenty of our customers are at work while we clean. When we call to confirm, you tell us how we get in, whether that is someone home, a lockbox, a garage code, a key, or something else, and we follow those instructions exactly.

Question 5

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our crews arrive with their own supplies and equipment. If you would rather we use a specific product on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us when we call to confirm.

Question 6

Is a card required to book?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing is charged when you book online, and the booking form does not ask for card details. Your booking is a request: we call to confirm the day, arrival window and scope before anything is scheduled.

Question 7

What happens if I get my square footage wrong?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on the size tier you select, so if the home is materially larger than what you booked we will contact you with the corrected price before the crew starts. We do not quietly re-price a job after the fact.

Question 8

Can I reschedule a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reach out as far ahead as you can and we will move you to the next available slot that works. The more notice we get, the more options we can offer.

Question 9

Do you clean homes with pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us about your pets when we call to confirm so the crew knows what to expect and can work around them safely. If a pet needs to stay in a particular room or crate, note it and we will respect it.

Question 10

How does recurring scheduling work?

Accepted Answer

When you request a weekly, every-2-week, or every-4-week frequency, that request covers your first cleaning. We contact you afterward to confirm it and to set the ongoing schedule and your preferred day, rather than guessing at it up front. The same scope and standard apply every visit, with the same cleaner when scheduling allows.
