No Hourly Rate. No Walkthrough.
Most cleaning companies either quote by the hour or make you wait for someone to come look at the house. Hourly pricing punishes you when a crew works carefully and rewards a crew that rushes. A walkthrough for a routine cleaning wastes a week.
We price by the size of your home and the service you pick. The number we give you when we confirm is the number you pay.

Every price below is the starting rate for a home up to 1,200 square feet. Larger homes step up by tier.

Home Size Tiers
Use total finished square footage. If you are between tiers or not sure, pick the one you believe is right — we confirm before the crew starts and correct it with you if it is off.
- 0 – 1,200 sq ft
- 1,201 – 1,750 sq ft
- 1,751 – 2,250 sq ft
- 2,251 – 2,750 sq ft
- 2,751 – 3,250 sq ft
- 3,251 – 3,750 sq ft
- Over 3,750 sq ft
Homes over 3,750 square feet are quoted individually rather than forced into a tier that does not fit. Contact us for a custom quote.

Interior Window Cleaning

Every visit starts with the minimum package, even for fewer than 5 windows. The per-window rate applies only after that.
Interior glass that can be safely reached from inside without ladders, step ladders, or special equipment. Standard windows only. High, oversized, specialty, hard-to-reach, or unsafe windows are quoted separately. More about interior window cleaning.
