Top-to-Bottom Detail Work

Deep House Cleaning

Everything in a standard cleaning plus the detail work that gets skipped: buildup, baseboards, doors and trim, fixtures, cabinet exteriors, and the places nobody gets to on a normal week.

Deep Cleaning$249Starting at

Homes up to 1,200 sq ft. Larger homes are priced by their own size tier.

A deep clean is not a longer standard clean. It is a different scope. Standard cleaning maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. Deep cleaning goes after what has accumulated — the film on the baseboards, the grime along the trim, the buildup around fixtures and cabinet fronts that a weekly pass is not scoped to touch.

A deep clean usually makes sense for one of two reasons. Either it is the first time a professional has cleaned the house and there is ground to make up, or the household has been through something — a stretch of long hours, an illness, a renovation — and the place needs a reset before a routine can hold.

It is also the right starting point before recurring service. Asking a standard visit to catch up on eight months of buildup sets everyone up to be disappointed: the crew runs out of time, and the customer looks at the result and reasonably wonders what they paid for. A deep clean first, then a recurring schedule, is the sequence that actually works.

Deep cleaning is priced by the size of your home, same as everything else, and you see the number before you book. It costs more than a standard visit because it takes substantially longer, not because it is a premium tier.

One honest note: a deep clean is thorough, not miraculous. Damage, staining that has set permanently, and wear are not dirt, and we will tell you what we can and cannot improve rather than letting you find out on the day.

Scope

A Deep Clean Adds

  • Everything in a Standard Cleaning
  • Detail work on built-up grime and film
  • Baseboards wiped throughout
  • Doors, door frames and trim
  • Light fixtures and switch plates within reach
  • Cabinet exteriors and fronts
  • Detailed work around and behind accessible fixtures
  • Commonly overlooked areas — vents, corners, edges

Boundaries

Still Not Included

  • Interior of the oven or refrigerator (available as an add-on)
  • Cabinet and drawer interiors — that is a Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Hoarding or extreme-condition properties — see Specialty Cleaning
  • Anything above the reach of a two-step ladder

We would rather you know the scope boundary now than find it on the day.

Choose a Deep Clean If

  • This is the first professional cleaning the home has had
  • It has been six months or more since a thorough clean
  • You are about to start recurring service and want a baseline
  • The house needs a reset after a busy or disrupted stretch
