Recurring cleaning is the service most of our customers settle into, and it is the one that actually solves the problem. A one-time clean resets a house. A recurring schedule keeps it from getting away from you again, which is usually what people wanted in the first place.
Every recurring visit runs the Standard Cleaning scope: kitchens and bathrooms, dusting accessible surfaces, wiping exterior surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and sweeping and mopping hard floors. It is the same work every time, which is the point. Consistency is what makes the difference between a house that is clean and a house that is clean for two days after a visit.
Frequency changes the price. Weekly is the lowest per-visit rate because a home cleaned every week never has much to catch up on. Every four weeks costs more per visit for the opposite reason. Pick the one that matches how your household actually lives rather than the one that looks cheapest on paper, and tell us if it turns out to be wrong.
If your home has not had a professional cleaning in a while, we will often suggest starting with a deep clean and dropping onto a recurring schedule afterward. That is a recommendation, not a requirement, and we will tell you honestly if we think the house does not need it. Talking someone into a bigger service they do not need is a good way to lose them after two visits.
Your first cleaning is requested online, and we call to confirm it. After that first cleaning we contact you personally to set the ongoing day and time, so your standing slot fits your week rather than whatever the software picked.

- Trash emptied and liners replaced
Boundaries
Not Included in a Standard Visit
- Interior of the oven or refrigerator (available as an add-on)
- Detail work on heavy buildup — that is a Deep Cleaning
- Cabinet and drawer interiors — that is a Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Anything above the reach of a two-step ladder
