One-Time House Cleaning
A single standard cleaning, booked for one date. No contract, no recurring schedule, no obligation to book again — just the house cleaned once, properly.
Not every reason to hire a cleaner is ongoing. Guests arriving Friday. A weekend you would rather not spend on the bathrooms. The week after a family stay when the house needs putting back together. A one-time cleaning exists for exactly those, and it does not come attached to a schedule you have to remember to cancel.
The scope is our Standard Cleaning: kitchens and bathrooms, dusting accessible surfaces, wiping exterior surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and sweeping and mopping hard floors. It is the same work our recurring customers get every visit, booked once.
It is also the honest way to try us. Plenty of our recurring customers started with a single cleaning to see whether the crew turns up when we said and does what we quoted. If it goes well you can book a recurring schedule afterwards, and if it does not, you have not signed anything.
One thing worth being straight about: if the home has not had a proper clean in six months or more, a standard one-time visit will improve it but will not fully reset it. Built-up grime on baseboards, trim and fixtures is outside this scope. A deep clean is the right call there, and we would rather tell you that now than have you feel short-changed on the day.
Pricing is set by the size of your home and confirmed with you before you book. No hourly rate and no walkthrough.

- Dusting accessible surfaces throughout the home
- Wiping exterior surfaces and high-touch points
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Sweeping and mopping hard floors
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
Boundaries
Not Included
- Detail work on heavy buildup — that is a Deep Cleaning
- Interior of the oven or refrigerator (available as an add-on)
- Cabinet and drawer interiors — that is a Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Anything above the reach of a two-step ladder
We would rather you know the scope boundary now than find it on the day.

Send your contact details, the cleaning you need, your bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, and a preferred day at least four days out. No walkthrough needed to get a price.
We Confirm the Details
We call to confirm the day, the arrival window, your price, how we get in, and anything you want us to know. If something about the job changes the price, you hear it from us first.

A vetted crew arrives in the window we confirmed with their own supplies and equipment, and works the scope you booked start to finish.
